Gestioni Alberghiere Plus Srl - CAPRI TIBERIO PALACE HOTEL, pursuant to sec. 13 of the Legislative Decree 196/2003—Privacy Code, as the Data processor, informs the Data subject that the data concerning him will be used to perform the agreement between them, as well as to offer the services directly functional to said agreement.
The data will be processed through electronic or paper means, according to the mode strictly functional to the aim indicated.
The collection of his data is necessary to execute the agreement in force hold with him.
The data concerning him will be used by the EMET employees and advisors assigned and in charge of the processing, or third parties with the external Processors status in order to perform the operations related to the abovementioned purpose.
With the exception of the previously indicated, his data can be communicated to third parties only to fulfil legal obligations or for accounting purposes, as well as to execute the agreement in force. His data will not be disclosed or transferred abroad for other purposes than those first quoted.
